About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Contract Customer Service Representative who will engage with blithequark members, helping them navigate their healthcare needs, understand the benefits of our program, and facilitate the process of getting their eligible claims paid. This role is centered around providing exceptional member support via phone, chat, and email, acting as the voice of blithequark and embodying our commitment to customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will become an expert in blithequark's product, operations, and the unique needs of our members, playing a vital role in delivering amazing service and driving positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to blithequark members through multiple channels (phone, chat, email), offering personalized education and guidance to help them understand and maximize their benefits, as well as find the right healthcare providers for their specific needs.
  • Adhere to and improve upon documented best practices for handling member inquiries, suggesting process enhancements as identified.
  • Efficiently manage and organize your workload using blithequark's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite, to ensure seamless operations and high productivity.
  • Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs, ensuring timely and effective resolutions that meet our high standards of customer service.
  • Maintain a detailed, working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance, staying updated on relevant changes and developments to provide accurate and helpful support to our members.
  • Relay member feedback to our leadership teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of blithequark's solutions and services.
