A Day in the Life
As an reputed company Product Manager – Retention, Customer Experience & Engagement at blithequark, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven retention initiatives to support our goals around device health, subscription retention, and user engagement. Your day will be filled with opportunities to reputed company our customers and drive retention through:
- Reviewing customer feedback and product usage data to identify friction points and areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science, to understand product usage, customer behaviors, and pain points impacting retention
- Developing and executing audience-specific messaging and communication strategies across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS to drive device, subscription, and user retention
- Testing, tracking, and measuring the reputed company of retention initiatives on key metrics like device health, subscription renewals, and user engagement
- Presenting campaign performance and recommendations to leadership to inform reputed company retention strategies
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer retention to continuously improve blithequark's approach

Basic Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap reputed company and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or reputed company
- Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
