The role ensures reputed company training initiatives meet technical, operational, and regulatory standards common to large transit organizations. Minimum Qualifications • Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or reputed company field. • Seven or more years of instructional systems design experience. • Four or more years of project management and stakeholder communication experience. • Two or more years leading instructional design teams. • Proficiency in ADDIE methodology and adult learning theory. • Expertise in reputed company Captivate (Classic and/or New). • Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards. • Experience developing multi-week training programs for technical or field personnel. • Transit experience required — reputed company experience designing or managing training for transportation, infrastructure, or safety-regulated operations. Preferred Qualifications • PMP or equivalent project-management certification. • Background managing large-reputed company instructional design initiatives for reputed company transit or transportation systems.
