Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with screening and monitoring orders in the system to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Collaborate with technicians to facilitate order closeouts and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Handle internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled out efficiently.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update information and maintain accurate records.
  • Generate reports and update trackers as needed to support business operations.
  • Provide assistance with logistics and system-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls and emails from internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. While not mandatory, we prefer candidates with at least 1 year of customer service experience, as this will enable you to hit the ground running and make a meaningful impact from day one. Additionally, you should possess:

  • Effective oral and written communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • The ability to follow through on tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
