About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative to join our Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support and servicing to our growing portfolio of Powersports loans. Key Responsibilities

• Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients.
• Process phone payments and conduct outbound customer interview calls to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues promptly.
• Communicate and resolve customer issues reputed company online chat channels, ensuring reputed company and effective reputed company of concerns.
• Resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, providing reputed company and concise information and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED, with some college coursework a plus. Preferably, you will have two years of Customer Service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio. Collection experience is a plus.
• A minimum of 2 years reputed company customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven reputed company record of providing exceptional customer support.
• Working knowledge of Word and reputed company, with the ability to master the use of web-based systems of record (LoanPro) - training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients reputed company phone and online chat channels. Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is a significant plus.
• Excellent "people" skills, with a strong customer service attitude and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and punctuality.

• Experience in the powersports or automotive industry, with a deep understanding of the products and services we offer.
• Knowledge of collections and servicing regulations, with a strong understanding of federal and state-specific laws.
• Experience with LoanPro or similar web-based systems of record, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
