Duration : Long term contract Interview Process • * First round with hiring manager. • Second round technical interview (problem-solving scenario to assess calmness, approach, and handling of ambiguity). Note 100% remote Shift is Friday, Saturday, Sunday. 12.5 hours each day ~6am Eastern time - 6pm Eastern time. Responsibilities • Triage and troubleshoot problems. Attempt to solve. Escalate to another team if you can't solve it immediately • Look through logs, databases, applications to find the problem/root cause • Automate or improve processes by developing scripts, code/apps Qualifications 5+ yrs of experience • Ability to learn quickly and retain information • People skills (good communication, approachable, good energy, handles stressful situations, etc.) • Problem solver (does not need to code) • AWS experience nice to have • Monitoring tool (Splunk, Grafana, HoneyComb, AWS CloudWatch) experience nice to have • Control-m & scripting skills nice to have • ServiceNow experience nice to have • Mainframe experience nice to have Ideal Candidate Profile • Strong technical aptitude with some hands-on experience in any relevant technologies. • Backgrounds that help: • Mainframe exposure (nice to have) • AWS monitoring tools (nice to have) • Any coding/development experience (not required but beneficial; top analysts typically have it) • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity. • Must be comfortable learning a large and diverse technical environment. • Looking for someone willing to stay 2 3 years due to long learning curve. • Potential for conversion to full-time if performance and fit are strong fit Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
