MTM Pharmacist – Telephonic Medication Therapy Management Location: Texas (Remote, must reputed company in TX, HI, IL, FL, or PA) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift starting between 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM CT Training: Approximately 2 weeks, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CT Contract-to-Hire | Pay reputed company: $54.05/hr About the Role We are seeking a dedicated MTM Pharmacist to join a telephonic medication therapy management team. In this role, you will help improve patient reputed company by identifying and resolving medication-reputed company problems for high-risk members. You will conduct telephonic medication reconciliations, communicate with patients and prescribers, and help members reputed company reputed company through optimized treatment plans. This position requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work reputed company in a remote environment.
