Overview 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Business Support VA to assist with onboarding, marketing coordination, lead nurturing, and administrative organization for a growing residential assisted living facility. The VA will handle daily communication with prospective partners and facilities, track marketing outreach and lead data in Excel, and support onboarding of new residents using existing systems and forms. The ideal candidate is reliable, responsive, and confident, communicating by phone and email, capable of maintaining professional relationships that support the client’s growth efforts. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: 1. Marketing Coordination & Lead Nurturing • Manage and follow up on pre-generated lead lists from other assisted living communities and referral sources. • Conduct outreach calls and email communication with potential partners, referral facilities, and agencies. • Respond to inquiries, send follow-up messages, and maintain professional, compassionate communication. • Track all marketing and outreach activities in Excel or Google Sheets. • Maintain up-to-date records of outreach status, responses, and lead progress. 2. Administrative & Onboarding Support • Assist with resident onboarding, including tracking intake paperwork and coordinating through DocuSign. • Follow the facility’s existing workflow for resident documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. • Maintain organized digital records in shared drives. • Support daily administrative needs such as scheduling, tracking correspondence, and managing communication logs. 3. Communication & Coordination • Make outbound and receive inbound calls as needed to follow up on leads or partner communications. • Manage email communication using templates and a professional tone. • Coordinate updates between the client and community partners. • Ensure all follow-up actions are logged and visible for review. Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements: • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, marketing coordination, or lead management (healthcare or assisted living experience a plus). • Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken (Level A–B accent). • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking data. • Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic document systems. • Comfortable handling phone and email outreach in a professional and courteous manner. • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable. • Friendly and empathetic, with an understanding of assisted living or healthcare environments (preferred but not required). • Able to work independently and manage time effectively. Work Schedule • Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday • Daily Working Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST (flexible within this window) Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
