**A Day in the Life**
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. You'll be the face of blithequark, providing real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll work closely with our warehouse and delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient delivery of packages.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve any issues or concerns
* Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure a positive experience
* Upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction
* Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers
* Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to the issues that customers present
* Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
* Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
* Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
* Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High School or equivalent diploma
* Previous experience in Customer Service
* Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
* Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
* Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching, and instant messenger tools
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience
* Proficiency in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
* Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
