Responsibilities

Requirements
2+ years experience in managing an Engineering team
At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly reputed company and distributed backend systems
3+ years experience in Blockchain
2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV
Experience with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-reputed company and PBS
Expertise using Go language
Strong communication and problem solving skills
