We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Customer Service Representative I to join reputed company for a summer employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for participating in high-volume outbound and inbound reputed company campaigns, answering customer questions, and providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:- Participating in high-volume outbound and inbound reputed company campaigns based on assigned reputed company lists

- Responding to customer questions while ensuring the highest standards of customer service
- Utilizing software, scripts, and tools appropriately

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Good customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

- Preferred experience working in a college financial aid office or college administrative office
