Join our team and be part of a dynamic and collaborative community that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. **About the Global Merchant & Network Services (GM&NS) Pricing Group** The GM&NS Pricing Group is a critical component of blithequark's revenue strategy, responsible for driving revenue growth through customer-centric pricing principles, flexible pricing architectures, and innovative pricing solutions. As a key member of this team, you'll work closely with various business partners to determine the best rates that encourage merchants to accept blithequark while improving service and merchant satisfaction. **Job Responsibilities** As a Financial Analyst in the Planning and Analysis team, you'll play a vital role in forecasting and reporting company revenues, providing a unique opportunity to influence business decisions and drive growth. Your key responsibilities will include: * Creating Canadian forecasts for businesses reducing revenue, tracking monthly performance against forecast, and identifying areas of change * Developing and maintaining a list of discounted business income for the Canadian region * Designing and developing processes across multiple regional cost groups for all relevant reporting and forecasting activities * Supporting external audits, including investigating issues discovered and communicating with local value teams to resolve issues * Performing ad-hoc data analysis to measure discount rates and gain insights **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis or business payments and/or other finance-related roles * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, business administration) * Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create best-in-class financial models and maximize value from large amounts of financial information * Strong programming skills, with knowledge of languages such as SAS/SQL * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral * Ability to collaborate and influence others in situations where goals may differ * Strong work ethic, with a passion for winning and a focus on excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment * Creative thinking, with a willingness to question the status quo and develop new solutions to old challenges * Strong project management skills, with full ownership from analysis to implementation * Dedicated customer focus, with a willingness to understand and resolve customer needs and problems **What We Offer** At blithequark, we're committed to supporting our colleagues' growth and well-being.
