**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support professionals in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers across various social media platforms. You will work closely with our store managers to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand awareness. Your expertise will be essential in identifying market trends, analyzing customer feedback, and developing innovative solutions to address customer concerns.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with the Head Manager to develop and implement business strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand awareness (70% of the time)
* Ensure that all team members deliver a top-level customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of customer support professionals, ensuring brief position satisfaction, continuous performance assessment, and adherence to blithequark's policies and procedures
* Maintain brand principles through office maintenance, display area show, and cost control, ensuring consistency with blithequark's clothing standard and preparation rules
* Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer satisfaction
* Analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and develop innovative solutions to address customer concerns
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and improve customer satisfaction
**What You'll Bring**
* Four-year degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives
* Self-starting business visionary with outstanding leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines
* Magnificent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and customer support tasks
* Ability to develop strong relationships and work as a well-respected, trusted partner
* Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move depending on the situation
* Valid driver's license in the country of work and ability to obtain necessary state licensing, where relevant
* This role requires you to have an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles. Without the sales rep permit, you cannot participate in sales activities
