Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry is preferred (travel reservation experience is a plus)
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a proactive approach to resolving client concerns
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • The ability to listen attentively to client needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations that meet their expectations
