Job Summary Bear Creek Asset is seeking highly motivated, organized, and empathetic individuals to join our expanding remote customer support team as a Call Center Agent. This is a fully remote position that requires exceptional discipline, technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service through voice, email, and chat interactions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and can maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working independently from a dedicated home office. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for resolving issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Service Delivery: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and/or live chats efficiently and professionally. Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible, utilizing company resources and troubleshooting guides. Clearly and accurately communicate product/service information, policies, and procedures to customers. Process orders, update account information, initiate service changes, and handle basic billing inquiries. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate, transferring qualified leads to the sales team.
