The role focuses on ensuring a sustainable supply of raw materials, particularly kava, while enhancing partnerships with local farmers and overseeing compliance with safety standards. Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Business, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or agricultural sourcing (food or agribusiness preferred). • Knowledge of kava farming practices, soil reputed company, and agricultural supply chains (highly desirable). • Strong background in supplier engagement, contract management, and risk management. • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted farmer and supplier partnerships. • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and rural development initiatives.
