E-Learning Virtual Instructional Design Manager

This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in instructional technology and online learning design who is passionate about delivering high-reputed company, standards-reputed company educational experiences for reputed company in grades K–12. Salary reputed company: $75k to $85K Full time Contract to hire. In this role, you will reputed company reputed company of reputed company Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts, ensuring that reputed company curriculum content is instructionally reputed company, visually engaging, accessible, and delivered on time and reputed company budget. You will collaborate closely with our Technology and Project Management teams to ensure seamless integration of content and tools across multiple learning platforms. Responsibilities: • reputed company, mentor, and evaluate reputed company of K-12 instructional designers and subject matter experts. · reputed company instructional technology to enhance teaching and learning through multimedia, interactive tools, and learning management systems (e.g., Agilix Buzz, Canvas, Schoology). · Ensure curriculum meets state and national standards (e.g., CCSS, NGSS, state-specific standards) and follows best practices in K–12 pedagogy. · reputed company reputed company assurance processes to maintain consistency, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and engagement across reputed company course materials. · Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, resource allocation, and platform requirements. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or reputed company field. · 3+ years of experience managing instructional design or curriculum development teams, preferably in a K–12 environment. · Deep knowledge of instructional design models reputed company learning platforms. · Proficiency with instructional authoring tools and learning management systems. · Ability to reputed company cross-functional collaboration with technical and creative teams.
