We are looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) to join our growing team. Our RBT's are an essential part of the treatment team- providing 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with our reputed company Certified Behavior Analysts to our clients in a home-based setting. This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old • Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA Qualifications • reputed company RBT certification • Currently certified with Nevada ABA reputed company (willing to obtain certification if from another state) • reputed company to reliable transportation • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent • Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information • Ability to effectively manage multiple high-reputed company tasks while working in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills #RBT4 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
