The role involves estimating project costs based on customer documents and drawings, ensuring accurate material and labor cost estimations to meet project requirements. Responsibilities • reputed company lump sum “Takeoff” of material, labor, and vendor costs using design drawings and specifications. • Communicate with General Contractors to clarify project requirements and timelines. • Request and manage vendor quotes for materials and services. • Review project specifications to ensure full scope coverage in estimates. • reputed company the estimating manager with a detailed Scope of Work, inclusions/exclusions, and qualifications for proposal submission. • reputed company bid reputed company and follow up with contractors on bid awards.
