About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals in understanding their insurance coverages and selecting the right products and services to meet their personal needs
  • Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, including accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls to provide follow-up support
  • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
  • Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
  • Maintain and follow strict personal privacy protocols for customer information

Essential Qualifications:

  • High-speed internet access (>15 mbps) and a reliable computer
  • Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about insurance products and pass the state licensing exam
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain and follow strict personal privacy protocols for customer information
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and other computer applications

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance
