Job Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving business growth for our premium beauty Sellers by providing customized insights, strategic recommendations, and exceptional service. You will own the development and execution of joint business plans with your Sellers, collaborating with them to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation. Your expertise in client management, data analysis, and problem-solving will enable you to deliver tailored solutions and recommendations that drive customer success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth for assigned Sellers by analyzing data and trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategic plans to maximize potential.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with Sellers, serving as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and professional operational support to Sellers, ensuring optimal program satisfaction and customer success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve Seller issues and questions, advocating for the voice of the customer and driving prioritization.
  • Develop and execute strategic joint business plans with Sellers, identifying and prioritizing opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation.
  • Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of Sellers in an ever-changing business environment.
  • Improve team efficiency and optimize processes, managing initiatives and delivering critical solutions and improvements.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 4 years of professional experience in the beauty industry, with a background in buying, merchandising, planning, customer success, account management, or management consulting.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying business opportunities for clients and increasing adoption and utilization of company products.
  • A proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Ability to digest and manipulate large data sets, using tools such as pivot tables, lookups, and compound formulas.
  • Analytical problem-solving ability, using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions.
  • A track record of developing business plans, managing multiple projects and priorities, and working effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have:

  • Experience in e-commerce, corporate retail, consulting, and/or B2B.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective territory/account management skills.
  • Strategy development experience, with multi-phase execution and delivery.
  • Understanding of retail math and formulas for making business decisions.
  • Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools, including Oracle Business Intelligence, CRM tools like SalesForce, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • A self-starter mentality, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired and ambiguity is the norm.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $154,000/year in our highest geographic market. In addition to base pay, we offer:
