Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality products to our customers, and we're looking for a talented Account Manager/Customer Success Manager to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As an Account Manager/Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Strengthening customer relationships by maintaining personalized, close, and consistent communication to manage current and upcoming projects * Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, and emails courteously and professionally * Processing sales orders, quotations, and sample requests using Microsoft Dynamics AX, MS Office365, and Salesforce CRM * Following up with customers with regards to pending sales orders, quotations, or sample orders * Communicating with customers to answer any raised questions or inquiries * Handling and resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner (with the help of internal team) * Maintaining an updated and accurate customer database * Communicating with internal departments to guarantee project deadlines are met * Guiding and educating customers with our leather collections and the different variety of colors * Proactive mindset when dealing with customer orders, quotations, and inquiries * Filing all documents as per the company system **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) * 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders * Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX, MS Office365, and Salesforce CRM * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience working in the aviation interiors industry or a related field * Knowledge of leather products and manufacturing processes * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience with sales and marketing automation tools * Fluency in multiple languages **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Proactive and adaptable mindset * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees and providing opportunities for growth and development.
