As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, growing our agency through value-based conversations, and working closely with our agents to establish and meet cross-sell and customer service goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Daily grow our agency through value-based conversations and remarkable customer service to existing members. * Possess keen attention to detail in all customer interactions. * Work with the agent to establish and meet cross-sell and customer service goals. * Exhibit a strong work ethic. * Position will be approximately 90% service, 10% sales. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Insurance Customer Service Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry. * **Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills**: The ability to effectively communicate with customers, agents, and other stakeholders. * **Willingness to Learn and Be Teachable**: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our agency. * **Ability to Multi-Task**: The ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. * **Genuine Desire to Make a Positive Difference**: A passion for helping others and making a positive impact on people's lives. * **Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License**: A valid license to practice as a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent. **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or office.
