**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries, concerns, and issues. You will utilize your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to build trust and rapport with our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize knowledge of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide expert-level support to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Required Capabilities**
* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong typing skills, with the ability to type 40+ words per minute
* Ability to work from home in a quiet and distraction-free environment
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and best practices
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
