You will also be responsible for driving business execution and identifying opportunities to improve our processes and communications with stores. This is a full-time remote work opportunity, and you will be working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with occasional travel requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business execution and improve processes * Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and project planning to identify opportunities for improvement * Produce reports and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders to inform decision-making * Build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and communication * Develop skills and knowledge through self-improvement, team training, and customer (internal) feedback * Travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time) to meet with stakeholders and team members **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job (e.g., business, data analysis, operations management) * 3 years of work experience in a related field (e.g., retail, operations, data analysis) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience driving high-performing teams * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience counseling senior leaders and stakeholders * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a retail or field environment * Knowledge of ASDS (Associate Data Systems) or similar data analysis tools * Experience driving business execution and improving processes in a fast-paced environment **Skills and Competencies** * Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and interpretation * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience driving high-performing teams * Experience counseling senior leaders and stakeholders **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to creating a work environment that supports our employees' growth and development.
