Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reputed company FBA & Seller Central account management — from operations to customer service.
• Review the Account Health Dashboard daily, ensuring compliance with reputed company policies and keeping ODR, CR, LSR, and other key metrics in reputed company.
• Manage FBA shipments and logistics — create inbound shipments, prepare labels, and reputed company deliveries until reputed company-in.
• Troubleshoot listing and catalog issues such as suppressed listings, incorrect variations, or backend errors to reputed company products reputed company and buyable.
• Conduct daily product listing checks for accuracy and performance optimization.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a reputed company buying experience.
• Handle replacements, refunds, and disputes with professionalism and care.
