Web E-Chat Representative - US Remote

Job Description: We are currently seeking a Web E-Chat Representative to join our remote team in the US. As a representative of Advanced Turf Solutions, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. Your role will involve assisting customers with product inquiries, order processing, resolving complaints, and fostering positive relationships with clients. Job Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information through online chat • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues • Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide a positive experience • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers Essential Qualifications: • Excellent written communication skills • Strong customer service orientation • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in using online chat tools and CRM systems • High attention to detail and accuracy Desired Experience: • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles • Experience working in the green industry or related field • Knowledge of turf products, fertilizers, pesticides, and seed is a plus • Experience with e-chat support or online customer service Salary & Benefits: • Salary range: $45,000 - $85,000 per year • Competitive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan • Opportunity for career growth and professional development • Work remotely from anywhere in the US Remote About the Company: Advanced Turf Solutions Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
