We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key player in delivering outstanding customer service, you will be the liaison between our customers and our company, providing exceptional support and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:- Assisting customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by telephone or email.
- Providing excellent customer service to both customers and blithequark personnel.
- Performing accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through blithequark's escalation process.
- Partnering and providing administrative support to blithequark's Sales Department.
- Performing basic data entry and other administrative duties.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:- 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting (preferred).
- Prior Accounts Receivable experience (highly encouraged).
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent (recommended).
- Verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette.
- Essential skills: active listener, responsive, and personable.
- Computer skills: proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc).
- Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A collaborative, team-player capable of working independently.
- Problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills (i.e. adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc.).
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods.
