Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data into various systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, providing timely and efficient support to the team.
  • Compile, sort, and organize data to be entered into the database or electronic systems, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where possible and ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.), with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
