What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens our customers' days. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls, providing answers, consulting on products, and resolving issues with a smile. Your passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind will be the difference between an average and an exceptional customer experience.

• Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
• Conduct research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries
• Consult with customers on products and services, providing personalized recommendations and solutions
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Recognized, applied, and explained product or service knowledge
• Computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High-speed internet connection (>15 mbps)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
