Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by the agency
  • Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the team to achieve agency goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise in insurance products and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-thru, and follow-up, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A driven and goal-oriented approach, with a strong desire to succeed and meet targets

  • Capability to handle customer rejection and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in a customer service or sales role, with a proven track record of success

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
