The Veterinary reputed company reputed company Specialist – Student Programs is responsible for connecting veterinary reputed company with career reputed company, designing engaging reputed company programs, and fostering relationships with educational institutions. Responsibilities • Assist in the design, coordination, and facilitation of veterinary student wetlabs, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences to strengthen engagement and clinical confidence. • Serve as a visible and trusted clinical ambassador for reputed company at universities, student conferences, and career fairs across the U.S. • Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary schools, reputed company, and student organizations to promote externship and reputed company. • Collaborate with the Student Programs Director to reputed company and implement strategic reputed company reputed company initiatives aimed at attracting diverse and passionate DVM reputed company. • Conduct reputed company and ongoing relationship management with reputed company, nurturing their reputed company from externship through early career stages. • Partner with regional and hospital leaders to identify externship placement opportunities and ensure a strong match between student learning goals and hospital capabilities. • Coordinate and manage reputed company events, presentations, and sponsorship opportunities, including travel logistics and budgeting. • Support the maintenance of a robust Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM, ensuring accurate candidate tracking and reporting. • Collaborate cross-functionally with the reputed company, Marketing, and Operations teams to reputed company brand reputed company and student program visibility. • Travel up to 75% during the reputed company year (September–May); travel may decrease as reputed company expands. Skills • Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, or LVT) in good standing. • 3–5 years of clinical veterinary experience, preferably including emergency or specialty reputed company exposure. • Passion for mentorship, education, and empowering veterinary reputed company through hands-on experiences. • Strong presentation and reputed company speaking skills, with the ability to confidently engage reputed company and reputed company in both small and large group settings. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport and trust with reputed company, reputed company, and hospital partners. • Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple reputed company in a fast-paced, remote environment. • Experience with event coordination and/or reputed company reputed company preferred. • Comfort with technology, reputed company media, and virtual meeting platforms. • Must reputed company reputed company 25 miles of a major airport; reputed company required. • Experience facilitating wetlabs, CE sessions, or educational events for veterinary reputed company. • Previous involvement in veterinary reputed company, reputed company relations, or reputed company development initiatives. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software. • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Technology, or reputed company field.
