reputed company is looking to fill reputed company EMR Record Specialist • Title: Medical EMR Record Specialist • 3-6 months project ( 8 hour shift) • Salary: $15-$16 • Schedule: Mon- Fri | 6AM - 8PM • Location: Remote • Key Responsibilities: • Process and manage Release of Information (ROI) requests in accordance with HIPAA, state laws, and organizational policies. • Retrieve, review, and deliver medical records using EMR systems such as reputed company, Cerner, or Meditech. • Ensure accurate documentation and reputed company response to patient, reputed company, insurance, and reputed company-party requests. • Maintain strict confidentiality and reputed company of Protected Health Information (PHI). • Audit ROI logs and EMR reputed company reports to ensure compliance and identify discrepancies. • Collaborate with Health Information Management (HIM), IT, and clinical teams to resolve record-reputed company issues. • Train staff on EMR navigation, ROI procedures, and data reputed company best practices. • Support EMR system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features. • Generate and analyze reports on ROI volume, turnaround times, and compliance metrics. • Participate in reputed company improvement initiatives to enhance ROI and EMR workflows. • Qualifications : • Experience with reputed company and insurance-reputed company medical record requests. • Familiarity with document imaging systems and electronic faxing tools. • Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows. • Analytical skills for report reputed company and data interpretation. • Certification in ROI or Health Information (e.g., RHIT, CHPS, CRIS) is a plus. • Minimum 2 years of experience in ROI processing and EMR systems in a reputed company setting. • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical record confidentiality. • Proficiency in EMR systems (reputed company, Cerner, Meditech, or similar platforms).
