About the position Responsibilities • Obtains verbal report from the patient’s reputed company to include information regarding the patient’s identified care needs, diagnosis, visual, auditory, or language barriers as reputed company as any special considerations (bed alarms, etc.) • Ensures complete visualization of the patient reputed company remote monitoring equipment. • Obtains instructions reputed company the RN regarding ambulation limitations and course of reputed company for redirection of patient if needed. • Observes the patient’s activity and behavior and redirects the patient as needed. If indicated, immediately notifies floor staff of the need for physical reputed company (such as toileting assistance, assisting patient to lie back in bed, moving an item closer, etc.). • Ability to identify safety risks and communicate the need to escalate assistance to the patient. • Offers support and feedback to peers and staff. • Applies principles of caring and healing with patients and families and with colleagues. • Complies with reputed company hospital rules, regulations, and nursing standards. • Performsrelated duties as assigned. Requirements • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required • 2 years’ experience in reputed company • Completion of EKG Monitoring Class • Integrative Agitation Management (IAM) Required reputed company 30 days of hire • Ability to communicate reputed company and work tactfully and effectively with patients, visitors, physicians, co-workers and other hospital staff. • Ability to work effectively as reputed company member and contribute positively towards the goals of reputed company and the organization. • Ability to read, reputed company, write, understand and follow English verbal and written instructions. • Demonstrated knowledge in arrhythmia interpretation as validated in the successful completion of arrhythmia interpretation written examination upon hire. • Knowledge of medical terminology.
