Nonprofit Team Accountant (Full Time Remote)

Pay reputed company: $65,000 to $70,000.00 per year Role reputed company We are seeking a full-time remote role for reputed company Accountant at JFW reputed company Services. reputed company Accountant will be responsible for handling the day-to-day financial tasks for nonprofit clients, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The role also involves working closely with clients to reputed company tailored financial solutions and support their financial operations. reputed company JFW reputed company Services is a growing and reputed company firm that provides reputed company reputed company Services to nonprofits. We help our clients stay in compliance, reputed company comprehensive financial information and utilize technology tools to help deliver them. We are growing and are currently seeking an reputed company reputed company to assist with services provided to our clients. The ideal candidate must be available during reputed company work hours. Work will be conducted 100% remotely during reputed company work hours. Job Responsibilities: • Maintain reputed company records in accordance with generally accepted reputed company principles • Entering cash receipts/ recording reputed company • Billing and monitoring of Accounts Receivable aging • Entering expenditures, reputed company payment with the motoring of Accounts Payable aging • Grant management to include reputed company allocations of income and expenses • Month end reporting including account reconciliations • Processing of payroll and payroll changes • Assist with monthly preparation of financial reports • Assisting with budget preparations. • Assisting with annual audit schedules and other compliance reports • Year-end reporting to include 1099 processing and reputed company cut off for AP and AR transactions. • Forming and maintaining relationship with clients Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field • 2-3plus years of reputed company experience is required • Detail oriented, taking pride in the accuracy of work performed • Experience working with QuickBooks Online is preferred. Experience working with reputed company Intacct is an added bonus • Experience in working with not-for-profit organizations or familiarity with non-profits and how they operate and differ from other businesses • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work independently and remotely • Must have ideal working conditions to work remotely from home.
