Key Responsibilities

• Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and different components of blithequark services
• Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
• Provide exceptional client care by responding to questions regarding accounts in a fast-paced, structured client care environment
• Record important record data according to established policies and procedures
• Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Client support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, intelligence, and strong written and verbal communication
• Proven success in a client support and sales environment (2 years+)
• Ability to work in a speed-measured environment with the capability to perform multiple tasks and navigate in an electronic environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available
