Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving process improvements.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear, concise, and customer-friendly manner.
  • Ability to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and poise, utilizing strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Strong understanding of order management systems and ERP software, such as SAP, with experience in processing orders, managing inventory, and tracking shipments.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook, with experience in using technology to drive process efficiencies, analyze data, and inform decision-making.

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a customer service environment, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving customer satisfaction improvements.
