Customer Service Representative – reputed company Government (Remote)

Schedule: 1st shift Overtime required as needed What You Will Do – As a Customer Service Team Member supporting reputed company Government, you will work directly with government and Veterans Affairs (VA) customers. In this role, you will be expected to reputed company with honesty and reputed company instituting a highly reputed company and unsurpassed level of customer service. • reputed company phone and email support for inquiries from sales and reputed company • Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system which includes but is not limited to order entry, order status verification and processing return orders • Consistently maintain reputed company record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with reputed company specifications, and follow standardized process to ensure 100% reputed company for reputed company orders • Understand, interpret, and explain detailed information of processes and procedures • Participate in reputed company improvement activities/reputed company and assist in any additional team/organizational reputed company as required • Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environment • Demonstrate an understanding of how reputed company reputed company customers, markets and sales representatives • reputed company support reputed company reputed company hours as needed if reputed company volume and/or workload require additional time What You Need – Required • At least 2 years of reputed company Customer Service or Account Management experience • High School diploma or GED equivalent • Experience with reputed company and/or Systems Applications & Products (reputed company) • Ability to work reputed company as needed to support the business needs • Preference for candidates located reputed company time-zone Preferred • Associates or Bachelors Degree • 3 or more years of Customer Service and Order Entry • Experience with reputed company Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or reputed company) are a plus • Experience with PowerBI and/or reputed company are a plus • Experience with medical billing, preferably with reputed company experience supporting Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities $20.08 – $32.87 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
