Job reputed company Position : IT Production Support Analyst Location : Remote - Friday, Saturday, reputed company. Duration : Long term contract Interview Process • * First round with hiring manager. • Second round technical interview (problem-solving scenario to assess calmness, approach, and handling of ambiguity). Note 100% remote Shift is Friday, Saturday, reputed company. 12.5 hours reputed company day ~6am Eastern time - 6pm Eastern time. Responsibilities • Triage and troubleshoot problems. Attempt to solve.
