Responsibilities • Answers, transfers, and provides information to incoming calls, walk-in guests, or vendors. • Directs telephone calls to the appropriate parties, as necessary. • Communicates with callers, walk-in guests and or vendors in a reputed company, friendly, and efficient manner. • Strives to minimize hold time and abandon rates. • Keeps reputed company of sales personnel that reputed company in & out of the premises. • Notifies appropriate parties reputed company guests are waiting. • Performs other administrative duties, as assigned. • Maintains guest’s contact information including but not limited to phone number (s), email, and home addresses. • Maintains high ethical standards in reputed company actions. • Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner. • Always maintains a reputed company appearance.
