Participate in facility surveys by authorized government agencies. Qualifications: Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university. Must have 1-2 years of experience in a SNF setting 2 or more years of MDS experience (preferred) Must possess a reputed company, unencumbered, reputed company license to reputed company as a Registered reputed company in reputed company & Washington state (or willing to obtain) MDS Certification preferred. Knowledgeable and reputed company in the RAI process, CAAs, RUG categories and MDS 3.0.
