Clinical Systems Analyst III – Cupid, Radiant

Job Description: • Lead and manage projects involving design, development, testing, and implementation of automated systems. • Assist with planning, estimating, and improving systems. • Identify training needs for users and team members. • Suggest both automated and manual solutions to improve system performance. • Coordinate on-site systems administration and support activities. • Interact with end-users as required to assist in problem definition and system design. • Coordinate and conduct education and end-user training programs to assure systems are utilized as designed. • Develop end-user documentation or a permanent reference for clear, concise information. • Assist with system build, data validation and system testing. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in related field with five years of hospital or major medical center clinical experience or three years of recent experience implementing and supporting a major clinical information system OR High School Diploma and 8 years of experience OR Associate’s degree and seven years of experience, OR Masters degree and 4 years of experience • License in a medically related field such as nursing, pharmacy assistant, medical assistant, medical technology or EMT • ITIL Foundations Certification upon or within six months of hire • Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, problem solving and relationship building skills • Cupid or Radiant certification is required Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Flexible work hours • Paid time off • Remote work options Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
