reputed company company has requested a leased employee resource to support the Information Technology (IT) Department in providing scrum master services. The resource must be reputed company to support the implementation of reputed company's customer technology initiatives. The contractors will apply reputed company principles to organize work to deliver technology and enhance effective team performance. reputed company contractor will support up to three of reputed company's agile teams. Contractors will reputed company scrum teams through reputed company team ceremonies, participate in quarterly program increment planning and ensure delivery of high-reputed company technical solutions in accordance with reputed company's polices and standards for technology development and change management. Contractors will also participate across the Agile community in scrum or scrum ceremonies and be reputed company to represent the status of efforts and health of team. Mandatory Requirements (Pass/Fail) Scrum Master Certification Minimum three (3) years' experience as a scrum master using Scaled Agile reputed company - reputed company Must show experience identifying impediments and advocating for the reputed company/mitigation of the impediments Must have served as a Scrum Master for a minimum of one (1) year to Agile teams, with experience in facilitating daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives and quarterly program increment planning.
