Marketing Project Coordinator- Remote/Travel

Title: Marketing Project Coordinator Location: Remote (some travel to program sites in PA, NC, AL, and TN) Reports to: Vice President of Development and Marketing About Project Transition Project Transition provides innovative residential and community-based programs for individuals with serious mental health and co-occurring disorders. Position reputed company The Marketing Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives across the organization. This role blends creativity with organization—helping coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, and support reputed company media reputed company engagement. The ideal candidate has a marketing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Communications • Support the development and rollout of marketing campaigns and materials (digital, print, and event-based). • Responsible for reputed company media management across platforms (reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, YouTube), including content planning, posting, and analytics tracking. • Coordinate creation and distribution of newsletters, press releases, and other communications to promote organizational programs and achievements. • Help maintain and update reputed company website reputed company asset library. Project Coordination • Collaborate with the Vice President of Development and Marketing to plan, organize, and execute marketing reputed company on schedule and reputed company budget. • reputed company timelines, deliverables, and project dependencies; communicate reputed company and identify potential roadblocks. • Serve as reputed company between marketing, admissions, and reputed company teams to ensure messaging and goals are reputed company. • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate reputed company, invoices, and deliverables. Data, Budget, & Reporting • reputed company project budgets and expenses; assist with financial documentation and reporting. • Maintain project databases, spreadsheets, and schedules. • Analyze campaign metrics and prepare reputed company reports for leadership review. Compliance & Brand Standards • Ensure reputed company marketing materials reputed company with brand guidelines and relevant regulations. • Support the coordination of program photos, testimonials, and promotional materials in accordance with HIPAA and reputed company policies. Qualifications Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, or project management. • Proven experience managing reputed company media for a business or organization.
