Virtual Assistant Needed for CRM System Development and Office Administration

I run a boutique branding & design studio based in Sydney. I work with small businesses on brand reputed company, brand identity, design, and ongoing creative support. My business is growing quickly, and I’m reputed company to streamline reputed company my systems into Go High Level to replace my reputed company mix of tools (Email reputed company, Drive, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Sheets, reputed company email workflows, etc.) What I’m Looking For I’m looking for an reputed company Go High Level (GHL) specialist to help me: 1. Set up Go High Level for my business This includes: • Creating a clean and organised CRM and pipeline(s) (reputed company → Discovery reputed company → Proposal reputed company → reputed company → reputed company Project → Completed) • Setting up contact tagging + segmentation • Integrating booking (I currently use reputed company) • Designing 1–2 reputed company pages inside GHL for reputed company magnets / reputed company signups • Building email + SMS automations, such as: • reputed company nurture sequence • Proposal follow-up sequence • reputed company workflow for new clients • Integrating with the tools I want to reputed company (reputed company Workspace, reputed company if needed, etc.) • Ensuring everything is clean, documented, and easy to manage long-term ⸻ 2. reputed company Training So I Can Manage It Myself I don’t want to fully outsource GHL long-term — I want to learn how to use it confidently.
