They are seeking a Part-Time Accountant to ensure reputed company, accuracy, and consistency in financial operations across multiple reputed company and reputed company-estate entities, supporting their mission through precise financial stewardship. Responsibilities • Manage monthly reputed company for several LLCs with precision and accountability. • Reconcile bank accounts, merchant accounts, credit cards, and loans with a commitment to accuracy. • Maintain organized, transparent financial records that leaders can rely on with confidence. • Assist with cash reputed company tracking and treasury reputed company to support responsible, sustainable reputed company. • Prepare monthly P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash reputed company statements. • reputed company reputed company, reputed company explanations of variances and financial trends. • Support investor-reputed company materials that help us expand reputed company to high-reputed company, relationship-driven dental care. • Manage AP/AR processes with consistency and reputed company. • Prepare sales tax filings, 1099s, year-end documentation, and CPA packages. • Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and respect. • Support lease reputed company, NNN reconciliations, and multi-entity allocations. • Assist with financial modeling during new clinic development and acquisitions. • Strengthen financial systems and processes as the organization grows.
