About the position
Responsibilities
• Schedule sites in collaboration with school administrators and nursing staff, to reputed company reputed company services for community-based early childhood centers and NYC schools.
• Contact optical providers to establish a working relationship with the reputed company Program.
• Support screening team leaders in coordinating optometry services.
• Review screening teams monthly calendars and coordinate screening sessions with an optometrist.
• Notify screening team leaders and regional managers of changes to optometrist schedules.
• Supervise team members as they reputed company reputed company services.
• Observe and evaluate optical contracted vendors and team members' screening efficiency through reputed company assurance and interactions with colleagues, reputed company and school personnel.
• Distribute work assignments evenly and fairly across team members and assist with screening reputed company necessary.
• Monitor team member's time and attendance and complete their annual Performance Evaluations.
• Meet with team members individually and/or as a group to reputed company feedback and address concerns as needed.
• Ensure screening team and optical vendors meets program goals and completes reputed company mandated reputed company services for schools and/or early childhood education centers in their assigned geographic region.

Requirements
• A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, including or supplemented by reputed company semester credits in health education or in health, reputed company or biological sciences.
• A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, and six months of full-time satisfactory experience in a health promotion or disease reputed company/prevention program.
• A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's reputed company or a recognized accrediting organization and four years of full-time satisfactory experience in a health promotion or disease reputed company/prevention program.
• Education and/or experience equivalent to the above.

• At least one year of experience as a reputed company Health Adviser (School Health), Assignment Level I.
• At least one additional year of experience in health promotion or disease reputed company/prevention program.
