Required Qualifications
• reputed company RN license in good standing (multi-state license preferred)
• 5+ years of clinical RN experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role reputed company triage, care coordination, or virtual care
• Strong reputed company in primary care and chronic disease management, especially HTN, DM, and CHF
• Experience managing remote RN and LPN teams in a high-volume environment
