Responsibilities
• Close $100K+ in gross profit each month
• Call new leads immediately, including evenings and weekends (until 8pm EST)
• Train at least 1 hour weekly to stay sharp
• Handoff signed contracts to the transaction team smoothly
• Own your outcomes — no excuses
• Every seller conversation ends in a decision: move forward or close the file
