Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster
Compensation Package
• $70,000 – $90,000 annual base salary

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling commercial auto claims
• Strong knowledge of insurance policy language, coverage analysis, and claims investigation techniques
• Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Adjuster license in applicable states is required or must be obtained
Job Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of commercial auto and general liability claims with a focus on timely, accurate resolution
• Conduct thorough investigations, including review of accident reports, interviews, and supporting documentation
• Analyze coverage and assess liability in accordance with policy terms and regulatory requirements
• Communicate with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties to facilitate fair settlements
• Coordinate with appraisers, repair facilities, and medical professionals to ensure accurate evaluation of damages
